Entrepreneurship
28th April 2010
After many years of working at assessing personality for recruitment and progression opportunities, I have often asked myself how is entrepreneurship formed.
Do we have this naturally or is it learned. My conclusion is it is a bit of both.
While we may have this quality naturally, in isolation it is often not successful on its own.
A mix of natural interest combined with the disciplines of tertiary learning or where a mentor is present within the commercial environment is a recipe for success.
Are you on an entrepreneur path? Why not determine to gain some training to support your interest.
Maybe this could avoid the mistakes many start up businesses and SME”s are facing in today’s challenging business environment. Asking for help is a good strategy !
